Maybe you use this shelf to pick perks like you need to go back to this base to choose perks and such,

What do you mean "level" of special? Like each point you put in SPECIAL has a unique picture? I find that hard to believe since some of those pictures are definitely perks from previous games.

So useless perks are back. And if this poster is to be believed basically every perk from Fallout 3 is in. I hope this isn't an accurate representation. I want new, meaningful perks.

we have identified less then half the perks on the poster.

Several have icons in no way remotely similar to ones n Fo3 or NV.

Not to mention they could easily reinterpret any of the perks to be more consistent with Fallout 4's gameplay.

I'm hoping the Cyborg perk makes a return, myself.

It's a chart of SPECIAL.

Question I have is; What if SPECIAL is now a perk selection screen?

That is what I am figuring.

Its most likely going to be like Skyrim, but instead of stars and constellations its going to be something like the poster.

As I said in another thread,

I still wonder why I was the first one who figured out those "stickers" could be possibly tied to attributes and perks. I mean surely there must have been people who figured that out before me but I'm still shocked.

Internet, you dissapoint me.

I suspected they were when I first saw the garage pic, I just didn't bother to comment because I felt people might think it was a stupid idea.

That's not surprising, that's like saying if Elder Scrolls won't have daedric gods, of course it's going to be in the game.

Hopefully Grim Reaper is like New Vegas and is more balanced, that perk was easy mode in Fallout 3 when you got it at Level 20.

Hmm. 70 perks in total and if anything this indicates SPECIAL will matter much more so no perfect characters. Not so bad after all... But seriously, I hope they really keep down the skill booster perks.

I think it was MrMattyPlays that made a video the day of the trailer and zoomed in on it to confirm the Grim Reaper.

I think 8-7 might be the Black Widow perk. It looks like someone standing over bloody body, though I can't tell if that person has more than 2 arms.

I downloaded the Fallout 4 trailer from a site that has far less compression artifacts then the official YouTube version does and think I've found the action boy perk in agility in the poster.

It would be the 6th one down, counting the agility icon itself.

Row 8, Column 2 looks like Vault Boy dressed as a witch or magician standing in front of what may be a cauldron.

I updated my image to show a few more perks I, and other people, think they have made out in the pic.

Updated version can be seen here

What I find most interesting is that, as far as I know, NONE of the perks have been identified for Charisma. Given how infamous of a dump stat it was, could we be seeing a reworked charisma stat in Fo4?

Though I could be wrong, as the first charisma perk looks like the master trader perk icon from Fo3.
