It's definitely not Falmer... There's no "m" before the last "-er." I think it is most likely "Supreme ruler."

I think MraajDaar is talking about Whiterun, not Windhelm. You are confusing two cities.

Don't worry, I confuse them sometimes too. There's Winterhold, Windhelm and Whiterun. To many 'Wi-'s in this game. XD

If you go this this http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/2858/skyrimmap.png and this http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/1372/skyrimmap.jpg and look where it says Whiterun, you can make out the words "Supreme Falmer," could this be a hiding spot of a Falmer? After all, we don't know what really happened to them..

This is one of those cases of someone seeing only what they WANT to see. Its a blur of writing with what looks like a word having l-e-r in it. I find it hilarious, that so many on these boards can read SO much from so little. Seeing things and drawing crazy conclusions in seconds. Oh well, hype yourself up all you want.
