I think it would be a cool feature if there was a camera in the game, similar to the camera used in that quest in FNV where we had to take photos of landmarks to help the sign guy get inspiration, where we could take pictures of cool areas in Boston, ourselves standing next to cool areas in Boston, unique people we meet, our kills (such as deathclaws), et cetera. Then there could be a place in Diamond City, or any good sized town, that could process your pictures and you could hang them up in your house (because all homes have photos) or have a green-and-black version saved on your pip-boy. It could also be used to scout out areas like binoculars in FNV, but I wouldn't want it to be like Far Cry 3 because tagging enemies takes away realism imo; just be able to zoom in on places, I mean.

Screenshots. Although you wouldn't be able to put them in your house you build. Might be a nice mod feature though (either adding a camera or option to add screenshots to frames to hang in your house). Doubt they would have it in the game, but nice idea.

I think using a scope or actual binoculars would be better than using a camera.

Yeah I guess it could be a simple mod post game, since I played fallout 3 and NV on xbox 360 I couldn't screenshot so I would take pictures of the tv screen with my phone haha. If this was added to the game though I'd like to have a hallway full of pictures and I'd be like "yeah, I remember when I killed that/ went there/ met them, ah good times".

Good idea, I would also like to find posters in the wasteland and take them home and pin them up.
