I use to sleep more than 72 hours (gametime, not realtime...) once in a while, so certain skripts get reset.

Believe it or not... It fixed the lip-sync for me! ... at least for the time beeing.

Best place: One of the player homes. Important: Stay inside the same cell untill at least 3 days have past!

As I only have one character with around 500 hours of playtime - no. But yes, it worked on different saves of the same character.

Meanwhile I got positive replies from several friends, no negatives so far.

I did and it doesn't work for me; it seemed to, until I had one async line with Derkeethus, my follower. Furthermore, it doesn't fix this: http://i.imgur.com/CTEfjjS.jpg even if it looks less bad. Back to 1.8.
