Possible Game Breaker?

Post » Sun Jul 04, 2010 2:40 pm

I did the quest where me and Cachino go in and kill Big Sal and Nero. However, Cachino died, and now there is no ruler of the Omertas. I was wondering if there is any way to respawn him using the console.

Why would this be a gamebreaker? Cachino is completely unnecessary for further in the game.

Speculatively speaking, the Omertas are going to have a line of succession, official or not. They'll have a leader, he's just irrelevant to anything the player does.

Ok, thanks for the input. However, as I plan to take over Vegas, is there any way I can spawn him because I would like there to be my puppets in place.

You also need to set the triggers for him to be the 'leader' of Omertas...too much console work for me.

That's not what happens. You don't puppet anyone. Even if you want to pretend that you are, you don't need the named bosses for that fantasy.

If you're really only looking for a way to spawn him and don't care about anything else, that's cool. I'm just trying to let you know that whether he's alive or dead has no actual bearing on the game or endings. It's not a game breaker.
