I mean, you can reverse-pickpocket an NPC and leave him only the mesmetron, then attack him softly,

when he attacks you back, what would be the effect?

(I have search in youtube/wiki and there wasn't any info and since I have my pc broken cant test it)

I gave a npc I created a vanilla mesmetron through the geck but she never uses it. She prefers to hide until someone else is killed and then she looks their weapon. If it were possible for someone to use the mezzer on you, I'd imagine it would feel like when our heads get holes shot up in them. Blurry vision, maybe some stars or pretty colors and then you'd move to paradise falls to begin your new life of leisure.
