Similar to New Vegas Im hoping the game has a hardcoe mode. making things a bit more realistic and challenging Forcing the Requirements Of Eating Sleeping and Drinking to survive. but ontop of that I wanna know what everyone else thinks should be added to such a mode to make things a bit more difficult. feel free to add your ideas.

Possible Ideas?:
Climate based clothing requirements?I mean. its Skyrim. its gonna get cold. So You should need warm clothing.Various clothing offers varying levels of protection from exposure to the elements,If not face face possible side effects reduced aglilty and speed. due to Numbness and stiffness of the body brought about by the cold.Hypothermia can set if if not properly protected while exposed to the weather at that point the cold weather would begin to sap away at your Health untill it kills you.For example traveling through the mountain. thick but light fur armor would offer more protection against the cold then Steel armor that hasnt been outfitted for Cold enviorments and thus wearing wearing unprepared steel armor will leave you more exposed to the weather then the fur armor.
