Possible Load Order Issue

You do not need the Borderless Cyrodiil plugin. Drop it and set bBorderRegionsEnabled to 0 in the Oblivion.ini.

"My Edits.esp" consists solely of edits to various races and the addition of a chest of armour, money, clothes, etc... at the end of the Tutorial Sewer.

I also have COBL 1.72 ready to install, should I need it, along with All Natural 0.9.95. This was the order that the latest version of BOSS gave to me.

I am getting 'seemingly random' instnaces of CTD in game. The latest happened when attempting to exit the Tutorial sewer as a Dark Seducer. (I just went into the files and made the Dark Seducer Race playable. Nothing more.) At least now it actually enters the game. My previous post's load order didn't even let the game start.

Borderless_Cyrodiil-3578.esp <-- Replace with the Bashed Patch tweak, bBorderRegionsEnabled=0, and are you sure you have all of the required UL patches. Try uninstalling Salmo the Baker as well. If that does not work, try disabling AN too.

But I've never had any problems with the Borders. And only recently have started crashing.

It probably isn't causing your crashing, it is just a completely unnecessary plugin.

mcc84 is right, but what about the other suggestions? The only plugins in your LO that I have not seen before are the blue lagoon water thing and the underwater home.

I admit it's unnecessary but it makes me feel that I have more control over the borders should I ever need to enable them again. The Blue Lagoon water makes it easier to see underwater and the underwater home isn't active at the moment.

Downloaded and installed the Wrye Bash thingy and deactivated Salmo. Now it won't start at all.

Your problem is what mcc84 pointed out. That mod is tagged with filter, which means that it has multiple dependencies that are expected to not be installed a the same time. In other words, it has missing masters, and you'll see that it has a red check box in Wrye Bash. Missing masters cause insta-crash on load.

This is far more complicated than it needs to be. I see one mod I like, then download it only to find out that it's dependant on 16 other mods than I now have to download and install... <_<

Well it turns out I didn't download all of Wrye Bash so I got the rest of that... Now it won't work because of, according to the Bash Help site, a corrupted file so I have to redownload everything now. It also won't start again. ><

Wait, Bash won't start? Are you using Bash v285, and did your run the Wrye Python 03 package installer, followed by the wxPython 32-bit ANSI install? If you do not need Python 3.X installed, uninstall it. You only need to have Python v2.6 installed.

What steps did you take to install Bash? Installing Bash should not affect the game launching I don't think... Some users seem to have trouble after initializing BAIN, but you have not done that so... Is your game patched to v1.2.0416? I don't see the right entry. You can add the following manually, but I would make sure that the game is patched to the latest version and regenerate the Oblivion.ini first:

bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 <-- This is what you want to see in that file. Make sure your Oblivion version is 1.2.0416 though...

Yup, I've got most of those listed too. You should not have to reinstall. Just patch the game with the latest official patch, and regenerate the Oblivion.ini after the patching process finishes. It seems that you have an old version of the INI.
