I'm trying to replicate a power from TES games before Skyrim's time, by adding a spell or perk with a paralysis immunity, but I have... Absolutely no idea if this is possible or how. Can someone please offer me some advice on this subject?

Also I've done many searches but can't seem to find anything about this.
