Could this mean well be fighting other nanosuits?

I think the Alien Weapon was the unsupported hardware. But still nanosuit vs nanosuits is very likely.

possibly but that doesnt explain the text: Nanosuit detected. Unless there is a uplink with the alien weapon and the alien weapon is so smart its sending its logs to the nanosuit, hence the text Nanosuit detected

The weapons should be exactly like the Spires, they reject you unless the suit can use the code..

I doubt there will be a nanosuit however i think it's the alien weapons which is the hardware.
