I think energy weapon decay is more of an issue than anything else. I use up spare parts, weapon repair kits, and hired repairs far too much for my comfort.

I would like to see weapon decay slowed done a lot more, and be able to "clean" weapons so that they work properly and better. As well as being able to swap parts to make the gun more accurate or shoot faster or weigh less.
