My Possible Perfect Character

Post » Sat Jul 31, 2010 11:40 pm

Hey everyone!

I'm in serious need of a good character build that works. I'm used to my wood elf hunter (who's only level ten, but he's my highest leveled character. Darn restart addiction.) I would really like something different. I've had at least one character for each guild/storyline, so no more being a guild rat for me. I want something that'll keep my attention for a while, like a dungeon diver, but with some adjustments to my playing style. Would something like this work?:

Race: Wood Elf
Gender: Male
Specialization: Combat
Birthsign: The Steed
Attributes: Strength; Speed
Skills: Blade
Armorer
Light Armor
Conjuration
(Some just to level cap a bit)
Block (I prefer to just back pedal with speed)
Mercantile
Blunt

Now, I need a name for such a dungeon diver and some fun quirks to add with him. I'm on the Xbox, so I can't mod. Any ideas or tips welcome!

Something along the lines of Elithvar, sounds sorta mysterious, in the dark caverns of Tamriel sorta person.

I'd go with Warrior birthsign instead of Steed. Wood elves start with 50 speed but only 30 endurance and 40 strength. You should get decent SPD raises naturally between light armor and early athletics raises but Endurance and Strength will be harder to come by unless you "work" at them.

Name: Vamosir (Vamos is Spanish for "let's go!" and ir is Spanish verb "to go". -ir is a frequent ending for male bosmer names.)

No such thing as a perfect character haha. If you don't want to be sneaky just go Breton with warrior and endurance and intelligence. Pretty effective mage warrior hybrid after a couple levels and the 50% magic resistance can never be a bad thing. But I always do this build so I'm biased towards it.

I agree, you can't really gain a perfect character, it's mostly what you feel is right for you.

For instance, my character uses Stealth, Acrobatics, Athletics, Blade, Marksman and Block most of the time for Assassinations.

If you like Melee then choose more Melee (Blade, Block, Blunt etc...) or if you like Range try some Mage and Marksman skills.

So, it mostly all depends on what you like.

Think about it.
