The part I am talking about beings at the 1 minute and 5 second mark. It sounds so much like the music in Oblivion. There are some differences but man..

I don't see why they would possibly considr doing it, i mean, sure rip music from Myst 4 or something no-one plays, but everyone in the world has heard TES IV

I played some of the ambient songs. I still can't see a similarity. It would help if you could say which ambient song it was (Assuming you have it on PC)

It's very similar, probably inspired by Jeremy Soule's work in general, but it's not from Oblivion.

I can hear it a little, but really Oblivion's music is so generic and bland that I would see it more as trying to be in a certain genre rather than directly ripping off the Oblivion soundtrack.

I didnt mean it was exactly the same song. I probably should have been more specific but I only meant that the song was very similar to that from Oblivion.
