Possible special armor?

Post » Mon Aug 08, 2011 6:49 pm

I was wondering that, since we are in Skyrim, maybe we will be able to get The armor of the Snow Prince? The book http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Fall_of_the_Snow_Prince it mentions that he was buried with Nord dead. Now, will be be a melee lich(hoping for) or will the coffin be lootable, and we would be able to get some pretty good armor? I hope so, it would make me smile to see a little reference for the people who actually read books in oblivion!

nice idea. I'd like to see that put in with a verryy hard boss to make the armor that much rarer.

Yea I'm hoping for a lot of unique goodies myself. With all of the mountain ranges there has to be some sweet loot in the nooks and crannies of the world. I hope to see that armor as well OP.

The book originally appeared in the Bloodmoon expansion, and the armor is found on the island on Solstiem, where Bloodmoon takes place, and not in Skyrim. There is always the chance the armor wound up there though.

I doubt it. I read that you will get a suit of armor made out of dragonbone for completing the MQ.

The thing is, is said it MIGHT be the armor, otherwise it is just really old armor. And since Solstiem is under nord control(or maybe there will be a quest where you have to pick a side, Elves or nords) there is still a possibility.

Solstiem isn't considered part of Skyrim. It's directly over Morrowind. Unless the armor has made it's way off the island, it won't be in Skyrim. And it's pretty much a sure bet it's the Snow Prince's armor. The book says he's buried on Solstiem, and that's where you find this really old armor. Play Bloodmoon and you'll agree that that's his armor. The armor is part of quest about trying to prove the existence of Falmer.
