I accidentally read on the Fallout Wikia that "Christine" (From Dead Money) is a slave, and is *somehow* affiliated with the BoS.

I haven't played Dead Money yet, and I'm wondering if this is a huge spoiler or not.

Kinda-sorta. It's a spoiler like on those TV specials where "Someone! Will! Die!" You know what's GOING to happen, but you don't have any real details beyond that.

As for spoiling Dead Money? Not really. There's a lot more to it than "Christine's" backstory.
