Is it possible to turn your wife\husband to a vampire? : V

Is it possible to turn your wife\husband to a vampire without saying yes to the guy-vampire offer to turn into a vampire lord?
Would it be possible to turn into a vampire by Serane\Serena-something and THEN get your wife\husband into a vampire?

I'm not so keen on this evil dude turning me.
