Last week, on Saturday, I usually derp it up with friends. We get on vent and I usually crack open libations this week good ol' Russian Standard. As the night progresses, my ability to play gets horrible. The screen gets really blurry and I struggle to track enemies........at 100+ fps.

I played last night and I may as well have been straight up drooling hammered as the experience was identical.......at 50 fps.........

sure its not the Vodka thats making you unable to aim and making the screen blurry?

But pre patch I had vsync on and no issues? I havent messed with anything yet but have u had any luck disabling v-sync?
