This may have been posted before, if it has, maybe someone can direct me to an answer. Do I have to start a new game post patch to get the full effect? I am still having little glitches like arms going above my character's head and other little things I was experiencing pre patch. I had no game breaking bugs, but I am 20 hours into an NCR character and I really don't want to start over, but if I must to get rid of these glitches then I will.
