I've noted a couple of things since the recent patch which, while aren't necessarily bugs, seem... odd.

1. The Powder Gangers occupying Whittaker Farmstead (non-respawning) are all equipped with plasma rifles. Perhaps they always were (I'm not certain), but it doesn't seem to suit them.

2. Philip Lem (Vault 19) no longer wears Tortoiseshell Glasses (this was actually brought to my attention by another player), which wouldn't be a big deal if not for the fact that they were the only pair to be found in the game.
