So I've beaten the main story a while ago and was just going about my business doing the remaining side quests and earning companion trust with pretty much everyone. At this point I'm on Nick's companion quest and I've come to a confusing situation with the BoS.

I ended the game siding with the Minutemen, in fact, I stopped doing BoS quests at all after the first mission with Danse. I even got a failed BoS mission, however after everything, the Brotherhood is all like, "whoa, the Minutemen did it?" This didn't concern me too much, but the main confusion came after I met with Scribe Haylen again after like 50+ hours of not being in contact with the Brotherhood, and she started talking to me as if I beat the game siding with the Brotherhood, saying stuff like, "I'm glad you spared Danse." Whaaaat?

And on top of that I'm still able to do Haylen's side quests. All in all, this post isn't necessarily a complaint or anything, just more me sharing my confused thoughts with you guys because now it's just a bit trippy for me, because I was half-expecting them to just shut me out (especially because I did PAM's side quest to kill some BoS soldiers), but they greeted me like another one of their members who fought the institute together.

Has anyone else run into some weird story continuation situations? I would like to read some because this moment had me interested beyond belief.

well.....not sure about the sparing Danse thing, since that is BoS quest related, but the radiant side quests are open no matter what faction you choose as long as they are not wiped out.
