» Tue Jul 24, 2012 6:43 pm At the end of the Fractured War, the U.S.A was the least affected but lost about 45,000 total personnel. 30,000 to Ronto, 15,000 to Legion The lost some of their territory to Texas and the VF. Texas Military is more modernized and safer. The TR settled up small coastal trade outposts on Mexico. The U.S.A has spotted making outpost on Delaware, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The Ronto gained some New York unaligned territory but not much. New York was more battered than ever but Rockefeller stood. The NYEZ military is stronger with the help of the U.S.A. Alaska gained some of western Canada territory and is slowly getting them under their control.
The Fractured War left many dead and thousands missing. In an effort to stop the fighting, ironically all sides signed a cease fire on October 23 2295. This convention is taking place on November 19 2295, 1 month after in the Rockefeller Building in New York
Other Tidbits:
1. Ronto used LRB’s (Long Range Bombers) to sneak attack the U.S.A during the first stages of the war. Parts of D.C and other states felt incendiary bombing. Fires lasted for days but quickly recovered. Though, President Adam Tercorien, Secretary of State Jonathan Reyes. Secretary of Treasury Mary Johnson, VP Robert Mardin when a Ronto LRB crashed into the White House office. Dawkins was severly injured and was imbued with cybernetics and became the next president. Those who survived include Secretary of Commerce Arthur Krios. Secretary of Homeland Security Jack Braun. Secretary of Civillan Research Rena Harano.
2. Urban Fighting in New York was an advantage to the NYEZ and used guerilla tactics to hamper the Ronto while the U.S.A mobilized.
3. Rumors persist of the U.S.A to wage war on the Pennyslyvania Empire.
4. ROA conducted black ops operations against the Ronto and hampered them for a while.
5. Legion used secret weapon which both decimated U.S.A Army Group Texas and the TRA. In response, the U.S.A used there Particle Cannon on Flagstaff killing Caesar and the others.
6. NCR's only involvement was a few shipments to Texas and Alaska. They also move further into Oregon towards the BoS, and they set up some camps on the border of Oregon and Washington.
7. With the help of the NYEZ and TI, made there military highly effective in Urban Warfare and guerilla warfarfe
8. BOS had skirmishes with the NCR and Republic of Alaska (Now allies) as the two factions made expeditions on the west coast
9. 2nd Fleet of the U.S.A setted up military base along the deep south and the Gulf. They also act as trade outposts.
10. USAF Cargo Planes Violated MWBOS Airspace. One of the planes contained 100 United States Military Robots. Delta 2 Peacebringer Bravo 3 Peacebringer.
They are on par with MWBOS robots but this is not all U.S.A Robots. Its there main backbone and more common.
Other Nations - As for the other nations.
1. MWBOS had a zero tolerance policy for aircraft violating there airspace.
2. The Advent in Tennesee has taken over Ohio.
3. The Commonwealth of New England continued to expand and wisely stayed out of of thw war in the south and also had a zero tolerance policy.
4. AOTA objected the war but did nothing and just stood, hearing the reports of death and destruction.
5. The Pennyslyvania Empire became more cautios of the U.S.A in Virginai and have started to mobilize to defend themselves
6. The MLA continued there war with the Midwest.
7. The Michigan Federation stayed neutral. Nothing much happened to them except reports of war from the Ronto.
8. The Khan Empire continued to expand slowly.
9. Crimson Corporation continued to support the NCR and have been expanding.
10. FoTa objected the war but could not do anything.
11. The PRB stayed neutral but secretly supplied the Legion to destroy the Capitalist Scum.

Convention Premise: Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue
The Rockefeller Center is one of the most nicest building in the Big Aplle Ruins. All delegates will be arriving from La Guardia Airport or Tetobero Airport. The sourroundings are horrid and devastated skyscapers with crashed airplanes from both sides. Buildings on each other creating intricate routes for small villages surrounding Rockefeller and the rest of New York. NYEZ troops will be guarding this place. All delegates will arrive to the 100th floor and there are 10 elevators. When in there, there will be a meeting room similar to the corporate world with food, drinks, and NYEZ guards. There are couches, beds, massagers, dinner room, and a pool. Through the windows, you can see all of New York and its desolation and more destruction from the war.
