I need a list of every CVar available to get the best FPS possible in DX9 patch 1.9 ONLY.
I was trying to hit the sweet spot but it seems when i fix some part it gets ruined from another spot.

for example i need Cvar for best fps possible, lowest game settings under DX9, no darkness in MP and so on...
