I noticed that all retail copies of New Vegas will be using steam. Now my question is is it still going to use Windows Live or are they bagging the Live features?

It will be completely removing Windows Live and thus all Live features.

However, pretty much every GFWL feature is done better by steam anyway, including achievements, and especially DLC distribution.

Well even though steam has achievements, It would help my windows gamer score.
