1. Have Numidium anything to do with Dwemers? I think I have heard it somewhere but it might be just false gossip. This gossip was like "Numidium is Dwemer Golem" but this is probably nonsense - but it is better to ask.

2. As I am approaching Morrowind again, I would like to know one think. There are actually 7 endings of Daggerfall and which one is "official"? You know - in later TES games they had to make 1 ending official to keep history reasonable (those endings are conflicting themselves).

It's understood that the Numdium is of Dwemer origin, and that http://www.imperial-library.info/mwbooks/on_morrowind.shtml when he negotiated Morrowind's inclusion in the empire.

the "official" ending of Daggerfall is all of them. The seperate timelines were fused together. However, be sure to read http://www.imperial-library.info/obbooks/warp_west.shtml, which presents an in-world perspective on the issue.

Sorry for doublepost but I just want to make this thread visible.

I have another question - as Akula Chan seem to be also Dwemer Golem. And it seems to be albo powered by "heart" (as Numidium is powered by Mantella, Akula Chan is powered by Lorkhan's Heart). These similiarities made me think that both golems are same (at least somewhat). I do not know what to think about that - maybe someone who is not that nooby in lore (like I am) could answer me this question?

Akulakhan is Dagoth Ur's copy of Numidium. It's not made of gleaming brass, it's made of mouldering corprus flesh. Dagoth Ur planned to use the Heart to power it and use it as a weapon. Talos used Numidium (powered by the weaker Mantella) as a weapon. The Dwemer planned to use the Numidium for a more spiritual purpose.
