However a quick check through GECK shows that the weapons themselves dont have any special "this weapon will slow the player down by X" stat.
I tinkered a bit with fMoveEncumEffectNoWea and discovered that setting it to 0 makes it so that even missle launchers will not slow you down when holstered. My question is...why?
Why are only some weapons(e.g. missle launcher, minigun) affected by this value but NOT assault rifles, shotguns, etc?
Why do weapons like the laser rifle, etc slow you down a LOT more than an assault rifle, when drawn? What value controls this?
