Need info on GOTY Edition of the Oblivion Strategy Guide : IV

My friend has a copy of the Prima Game of the Year Edition Guide. I've read that a lot of them were printed without the maps or added content. This guide includes all game content and maps and is missing nothing. He told me he bought it for $20 but I had another friend tell me that it is quite a rare guide. Does anyone know anything about it, how much they are going for, if it's still in print, if there are a lot of them out there, etc.? Thanks in advance.
