My computer blew up recently, but I've pieced back together Fallout3 and my mods. I've downloaded the latest FOSE plus the loader, however, I recieve an error when attempting to run FOSE: "The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll."

I suspect you need to update your Windows Live. You can get it through Microsoft.

That is the problem.

Alternatively, FOMM can hook you up with a fake Xlive.dll via Install Tweaker > Use Fake Xlive.dll. It's a lot quicker than messing with GFWL.
