works perfectly for me. i've used the entire package in the past without problems - but now i'm only using the Natural Habitats. I've chosen Enhanced Vegetation and All Natural as more up-to-date and higher quality plugins that do a better job.

Natural Evironments and All Natural are very different mods. For weather, I recommend AN. Using Natural Habitat is fine. Using Natural Water is fine, but I will recommend Enhanced Water here. Use Enhanced Vegetation instead of Natural Vegetation.

Don't use Natural Weather as is, it's quite buggy. Either use one of the fixed versions that's around or go with some other weather mod.

http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/stabilization/outdatedmods <-- link to the fixed version here, but I highly recommend Enhanced Weather (EW), Atmospheric Weather System (AWS) or All Natural (AN)

Enhanced Weather is the smallest (in terms of resource "eating") of the popular weather mods. It is quite advanced too (has darker nights and timescale syncing with OBSE support.)
