Lava is another water type in Oblivion, however it kills you quickly. I want to make another water type which looks like normal water but kills you all the same.

The idea for this mod is that Tamriel is in ruins from a zombie apocalypse, everything is ruined, the water is infectious and shelter and food is scarce. Any tips on how I could make the deadly water?

Its on the Water Types. There is a check box and text box. 'Causes' nnn 'damage per second'.
You may notice that Lava does '50' per second.
