I have been using the GECK to create my own vault and ive run into a problem. When I go into a preview window I cant move the camera around the item at all... Everything else with the program works but this one thing. Im kind of a noob to this program but I do know to an extent what Im doing.

Did you left-click in the window and keeping it pressed, move your mouse around?
