[RELz} Damage Resistance Overhaul

Post » Tue Nov 16, 2010 5:35 pm

those mods will not cause any crashes, there is no reason they will

but weapons and armors added by those mods will not work correctly with this mod

and if any of those happen to use the damage types frost, electric, or EMP, there will be some incorrect damage calculations there as well

okay... it is safe to say the thing is fixed.

hmm, I'm pretty sure there is a way to get the armor's resistances to scale with its conditions, but how do you do this while having the armor display those values in its info box?

it is quite possible, but only if it is a weapon from vanilla fallout or any of the DLCs

anything added by other mods will not be affected at all by XDRO, unless i make a compatibility patch. unfortunately, this means that getting desired gameplay results with tons of mods adding unique weapons will be difficult.

when i get some free time (gosh, its summer and i'm still busy!) i will make all the DLC patches, should only take a few minutes once i've decided on the stat changes.

implementing weapon swap will be tedious... and there are a few things i need to confirm for it.
- how to add stuff to vendors with scripts
- how to add stuff to containers with scripts
- how to change certain actor's inventories/ and leveled lists
