FWE Levelup Freeze (w/ FREE COOKIES)

Hello, I seem to be having trouble properly leveling up with my current load order even though BOSS is pretty good about getting it right. I deactivated FWE and it's children and that fixed it right up so the problem is somewhere there. I tried deactivating FWE and enabling again but that failed as well. Ask questions oh, and, COOKIES FOR THOSE WHO HELP.

try disabling stealth kills, i think FWE already has that though im not sure. Also what version of MMM are you running? if you have 5.0 then use the FOIP patch from nexus, if you have 6.0 then search through the MMM 6.0 thread, there's a patch for FWE.

I seem to remember that scripted headwear has been known to cause levelup problems, so try to remove all headwear before leveling up.

Specifically (at least in FOOK's case), ArmorPowerHelmet "Power Helmet" [ARMO:00014C08] and ArmorPowerHelmetOutcast "Outcast Power Helmet" [ARMO:00060C72] and regardless of whether or not the player is wearing or even has them in their inventory. Any script attached to those two (with a freezing save I've been testing with) will freeze after selecting "Done" in the level up menu, even if they're empty. Meanwhile, exact copies of those helms with scripts won't cause problems. It also appears that some object effects can cause this and even if not on headgear items, but only when attached to [00] forms. Why? I'm still baffled. :shrug: I think KH is right and Mr. Freeze is an engine bug.
