Odd issue -- mod related?

I am wondering if anyone knows the cause or the solution for my problem. When I wound an enemy their blood flashes as white boxes. I have tried installing enhanced blood textures, even modified my falloutpref file, none of it seems to help. Or is this just an odd ati/vista32 driver issue? I am figuring this is a mod issue, because I don't recall it happening when I first installed the game.

Main mods include fook2/mmm/project beauty. Install order is fine, I even use boss to make sure its o.k. Archieve invalidation is applied, and all my graphic drivers are up to date. Using an ati 5850 card, so it well exceeds the minimum requirements. I figure I am just missing a simple tweak either in my ini file, or using a blood texture that simply isnt supported by my vid drivers.

Some have had this problem with FOOK's blood decal replacements and it turned out to be a hardware thing, like they all had ATI cards IIRC. Try renaming FXBloodSplatterDecals*.DDS so the default ones in Fallout's .bsa take precedence?

Yep that appears to have fixed it. To bad there isnt a workaround, default textures are pretty horrid for blood. Thanks!
