I thought that i have read that you COULDN'T get all perks with one character, which I thought was a good thing since it would increase replayability, BUT then I read this on GameBanshee web site.

"Choose all perks with one character"

Is this true? I hope not. That would really decrease replayability :nope:

I guess if you have all the appropriate stats (if there), skills, and you chose the level 1 version of everything. It's only really going to turn your character into Mr. Jack of Trades.
