i don't have fallout for computer yet but i am getting it soon i got the idea from must have mods but no perks were in there so here

my fav. modder are
talkietoaster
and the guy who made brain harvesting

I do not understand what you are asking. Do you want to know what perk ideas we think would be cool? Do you want to know what our favorite perk mods are? Do you have a technical problem regarding perks in your game that you need help with?
