Previous online game played before Brink

What was it?
Some of you guys may reconize each other and we'll see which game can familiarize you with Brink.

I'm from MAG and TF2 back in the old days.

Hii Super-Pangolin/Dedashi!

You left out Battlefield...How could you!?!? It's the very essence of class based shooters.

It is. I got V.I.P. access and played on all the maps and and gametypes (Offered in beta) I got in the beta a week early. KotH is fun but CTL (Capture the leader) Is even better.

Umm... and what if the game is none of the games listed, and is not class based or team based?

For the record, my last (and only game that works online on my computer) is Star Wars Republic Commando :teehee:

Previous online game? Well most recently I've been playing TF2 and Borderlands with my vote having to go to TF2 just because of more play time.

I GOT A SHOUT-OUT, YOU CAN ALL svck IT!

BF:BC was my first online FPS, was gonna buy BF:BC2 but bought MAG instead on a whim. Got addicted and played it for a year until I ran out of stuff to do and the lag became unbearable, then hopped onto BF:BC2 to make up for lost time. There's some SOCOM:C, CoD4 and a month of solid Borderlands in there somewhere, too.

You missed a LOT of options.

And how many other people have played several games on the list and wish they were checkboxes instead of radio buttons?

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Resistance: Fall of Man are the only online games I've enjoyed enough to play a lot. LittleBigPlanet and LittleBigPlanet 2 I don't play online (I don't count user-created levels - or creating my own levels to publish - as online play. But look for "Red October vs. The Yellow Submarine." It's AWESOME)

Online shooters uh?

Well, been a while, a veeeery long while, actually!

Recently played Killzone 3 to get back into the shooters mood, but that's pretty much it.

So, multiplayer shooters, from most recent back :

- Killzone 3
- Rune (!)
- Doom 2 - although that was 6 player multi over modem, ran by a local BBS back in the days!

Seriously!
