Does anyone here know how one becomes an Xbox Customer Support agent?

By blackmailing someone who has the job currently, since the demand is extremely low for new support employees, and those that do work as support for MS generally do other things (at the least: support for other products)*


*I can't definitively say that is true for Microsoft, but it is generally how Customer Support works. Downsizing and outsourcing and whatnot.

Why do you want to do that?

I don't work for MS, but I do tech support for an ISP. Its not a fun job.

(in a semi-serious answer, I'd have to reply "not listen to your mother when she says you need to study hard")
