A similar issue actually happened elsewhere. Cops stop a guy and get gets out of the car and just downs about half a bottle of liquor.

All they could get him on is public intoxication because proving he was intoxicated before he consumed all that booze just wasn't possible.

A similar issue actually happened elsewhere. Cops stop a guy and get gets out of the car and just downs about half a bottle of liquor.

All they could get him on is public intoxication because proving he was intoxicated before he consumed all that booze just wasn't possible.

Ingenious, really. In no way am I commending anyone do this or drive under the influence, but there's no way that guy didn't have that planned for a long time.

A guy around here did the same thing. Only instead of downing a half bottle of liquor he ran over and killed my cousin.

Also, if you have an accident while drinking and driving. You can walk away and get off with a "leaving the scene of the accident" instead of drinking and driving etc. Unless you seriously hurt someone.
