Need a little help :) : Fallout 3

Hello all, I just got around to re-installing Fallout 3 and all DLC and am looking for a bit of help with modding it now.
I have all the mods I want to use (the same ones I used before) but re-downloaded to get the latest releases.
The major mods are.
-Marts Mutant Mod
-Fallout Wanderers Edition
-Arefu Expanded
-Weapon Mod Kits
The others I have are.
-BoS DC Ruins Patrols
-RobCo Certified
-Fellout + Fallout Street Lights
-Enhanced Weather
-Improved Sound FX + Enchanced Blood
-Tailor Maid
-Ultimate Perk Pack
As well as some other useful things like Stutter remover, CASM, and Level cap work around

I've been out of the loop awhile and am unsure of which order to install them and which compatibility patches to download
Also welcome to some suggestions to improve my gaming experience

I got my mods installed, and need to sleep, I'll test the game tomorrow.
