{Released} Orbital Ion Cannon

I finally finished this mod after working on it for a good period of time. I would now like to introduce the community to it in order to get feedback and comments. Below is the trailer as well as the download link:

Thank you, and enjoy.

That video was kind of a let down... a whole minute of watching you walk. I thought it was going to be something interesting like, teleporting the camera to a Zeta-like view of the earth, watching a giant satellite laser re-position itself, and fire.

Well, sorry to disappoint. That part is there to try to add some type of story to it and to show people where the stuff is at in the game. I'll be sure not to add such features in future trailers. Thanks for the feedback.

I kinda doubt Pintocat is objecting to the existence of story. It's not a bad thing in itself, simply that the buildup to content ratio was very heavily skewed in favour of the buildup. When you spend 1 minute of video on it, you need a bit more than 15 seconds of content to make it seem worthwhile.

I suppose that is true. This is the first trailer I made for something so I was sure it would have flaws. Anywho, once I get home and can fix the broken upload on the Nexus, maybe I can start getting reviews on the actual mod.

I'm always disappointed by the lack of a blinding light in these kinds of mods, you should see if you can add some sort of effect when the explosion goes off to saturate the area in light or at least blind the player quickly.

It looks pretty good otherwise.
