It's a long way from completion, but there's enough done to give anyone interested a few hours' entertainment (hopefully!).

Alien Resurrection Beta version 0.1

Synopsis

Rumours are circulating that Seagrave Holmes has taken delivery of some unusual new items. What are they, and what story do they have to tell?


Description

Alien Resurrection is an exploration and investigation mod. Use your detective skills to uncover clues and follow leads to uncover Talon Company's plans.

There are no quest updates or quest markers. It is up to the player to use the clues provided to navigate through the quests.

Note: Seagrave Holmes is the quest giver, there will be no quest if he is dead.

Requirements

Needs Broken Steel, Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta DLCs.

Set Up

The usual stuff: copy AlienResurrection.esm to your fallout DATA folder and copy the various meshes, textures and sounds to their appropriate folders within the DATA folder. Ensure that AlienResurrection.esm is prior to any .esp files in your mod list.

The quest should become active after 30 seconds provided you have completed the initial Vault 101 mission (just like The Pitt, Point Lookout, etc.).

Current Status

The first part of the main quest is complete. Two side quests are available in the Talon base from the Commander and the Doctor. The commander's quest is complete, the other just started. A further side quest is available in the club upon completion of the Commander's quest.

Known Issues

Non-standard followers should not be taken into the Talon base, as they may start attacking the people in there (this is an issue with some follower mods not recognizing factions that the player has been added to, not with the Alien Resurrection mod itself).
