Silver Ranger Animation Replacer Problem

I tried to install the Silver Ranger Animation Replacer just going about copying the _male folder into my \Oblivion\meshes\characters\ folder and it had all of the files needed, I went in-game and no animations had been replaced, meaning it didn't work, so I tried again, copied the data folder into my Oblivion Directory. Still nothing? I am missing something here? It's a simple copy-pasta installation but it doesn't seem to be activating o.O ??

any ideas?

don't forget to activate the .esp on Oblivion, as well as running BOSS to make sure other animations don't overwrite it. (if there is another animation replacer that may alter archery, I recommend moving Silver Ranger)

1.) There's no .esp included haha,
And 2.) I'm not using MAO or DMC Stylish,

Just The 3 Unofficial Patches, Oblivion SI and Mods,
Better Cities,
Stealth Overhaul,
3 Alternative Stories,
Bow Sway,
Moonshadow Elves,
Arcane Archery,
And Christians Claymore(s).

Showler is right, MAO would allow it to load properly.
Possible mods overriding SR: Deadly Reflex; Race balancing Project.

I use Silver Ranger and Deadly reflex and have no problem...and excuse me for forgetting it doesn't have an .esp :P that is my bad.
I have had no troubles running this mod, and I have several animation replacers. However the bow sway does directly effect archery, and I have a tingling feeling that is where it is coming from.

well I don't use bow sway, so I was unsure about that one...I thought it literally made the player move the bow (ever so slightly) in a sway to throw off aiming a little.

anyways...good point, I was looking at folder structer and realized there is the "optional" folder for first person animations. If you didn't plug those in as well (and playing in first person), that could be the cause.

if third person is too hard to aim with(due to camera position), I highly, HIGHLY recommend http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29942. It doesn't work well with Deadly Reflex's animations, but the fix it does to the Third Person camera is worth it.

I have tried the U3P Camera but I couldn't seem to get back in 1st person mode which is kionda obvious because it's a 3rd person camera, but it reduces the element of immersion when you see a character on your screen rather than the hands of the player etc.

Well, I've just gone back in-game and the sway hasn't worked so thats going off, Did you say MAO WILL make it work or WONT? o.O

I am using that set upright now and I say yes. and it does work for me.

Right, I downloaded the OMOD for Ult 3rd Person Camera - Close Right Side And now Silver Ranger still doesn't work, Here a full list of my mods and load order, but still if it's .kf files, And the fact that I don't have any other animation replacers makes this pretty puzzling;

I included those animations too yesterday, and had the same issue with them nothing showing up. The problem is that game still uses animations from the bsa archives.

The way to fix this:
With Wrye Bash; go to the installers tab, right click on Packages tab and select "BSA redirection".

With OBMM; click the "Utilities" button, select "Archive Invalidation", select the "BSA redirection" option, and click the "update now" button.

That should do it.
