Sooo...I could be wrong, but I'm guessing that one of the mods I have broke things. That being said, I don't have enough familiarity with mods to be able to figure out which one it is. I went into the FOMM and clicked on the load order report, and here's what popped up in the results:

What does it mean when it says "This mod does not exist in the current template"? I followed FOMM's suggested load order (when you click on the load order report). Now the last thing I did before posting this was disabled ALL mods except for the official DLC's. I still have the problem. The riverboat isn't there, but there're floatin objects where it should be, and there's smoke coming out of nowhere. The salesman who sells you the tickets is treading water just past the dock, and when you talk to him (and the lady on the dock) there is no voice. I'm going to reinstall the DLC and see if that helps.
