Creating Clothing/Armor

Post » Thu Jan 13, 2011 9:10 pm

Hi folks,

I am extremely new to G.E.C.K. and would like to try my hand at creating clothing for the Berry type 3 body. How do I go about it and/or where do I find a tutorial which explains all that? Thank you.

you mean modelling your own outfits from scratch? you cannot do this in the GECK, as that is a level designer/world building app, not a 3d modelling suite.< which is what you need to actually create new outfits from scratch. Blender is free. 3ds max is free for 3 years if you have a student email.

I am a 64 year old man, not a student in college. So, essentially what you are saying then is, that everyone who has created clothing and armor for Fallout 3 or FNV, or even Dragon Age Origins, needs whatever it is you described in your response? Unfortunately, I don't read script and therefore have no clue of what you are talking about..

Ok, I looked up. I get the idea. But, I don't think I have decades to learn how to make a sixy revealing outfit for my female PC's --that suites my needs-- in the Fallout franchise. Thank you.
