[WIP] The Talon Company

He's a very cultured sounding Talon merc, but that's not a bad thing, not all of them have to sound like gangsters. They are going to have the same behaviour that is described by Three Dog's warning I hope.

The dialogue is what I'd expect - an appeal to nothing more than material self-interest. A cut and dry business proposition. Not a 1950s American sounding voice but so what? Neither are Dukov or Moriarty's. And Lingwei you really piqued my interest with the dialogue option that was only briefly shown in the vid about an explanation of the Talon's background. Given there's so little lore about this group, I'm looking forward to see what you come up with in addition to whatever quest adventures.

Very good dialogued Lingwei. This is the only thing that could possibly ever bring me back to Fallout.
You made my day. :)

This quest, the bane of my modding, is finally nearing completion. I'm counting 7 distinct paths through this quest at the moment, although there might be more if you count different variables. It goes against my practice but I'm going to tighten it all out and then put it out for beta testing. Considering the complexity of this single quest there's no way I can wait until I have other quests done before I start bugfixing this one. Then all that's finished up I can move onto the next quest.

I'm just going to post again to let people know that I've released the mod with the first quest for download on the Fallout 3 Nexus.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13900

If anyone would like to download it to test out the first quest and let me know any thoughts or problems they had with it then it would be great.

The gamesas forums are terrible for catching up on older topics, especially after the recent upgrade...

Anyway, woo, I'll definately check it out. Tomorrow. Since it's 03:22 here. :snoring:
