Improvments

Post » Wed Jan 19, 2011 8:12 pm

Just wondering if anyone has some ideas for an improvement or just something to add for this, I started running out of them. ( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8643 )

and I just realized I spelled improvements wrong

Well no offense, but I wouldn't put something like into my game. It looks too new and would be completely out of place with the rest of the Wasteland. All the buildings in the game have been through a nuclear war and have been sitting largely unattended for 200 years. They're not going to look like they were just built yesterday as yours does.

I think it's great you've picked up the GECK and started modding, but "god mods" that give you everything in the game in a small space are very common, so maybe it's time to move on to a new project?

Don't let anyone steer you away from your project, if this is what you want, that is all that matters :) Keep going with your project and continue to learn from it. Once you are ready for a new project, you will have learned so much off this one project instead of learning a new thing with 5 separate mods.

As for some suggestions, I really don't know. Do you have lights that turn off and on?

+1 to what Miss Sparkle said. Thank you for posting here. I didn't know about your home and it will fit nicely in my gameworld. :)

You made a carbed? That's so cool! How about some decorations for the spare bedroom? A painting or two for the wall, a vase of flowers or something for the desk, jukebox for the hunting lounge? Is there a My First Laboratory anywhere? Those are always nice to have.

@ Belanos, thats the point, to be new, but thats your game and opinion

and @Nesh I see what your saying, but I figured that a few people would want some guns and armor after I threw it on Nexus

I could maybe see it if you attached it to some quest, like coming across someone who still knows a few things about home construction and you get him/her to build it for you. But to me it wouldn't make sense just to stumble upon it in the Wasteland.
