Elder Scrolls lore for download?

Post » Tue Feb 01, 2011 9:56 am

The irony is that while I'm playing Oblivion, I'm too impatient to actually read the many books I collect. However, when _not_ playing the game, I would like to read them in order to immerse myself more in the lore.

Does anyone know if the books are available in a downloadable format? I would especially love it if it was an iPhone-compatible format,

Regards,

P.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Books contains all the books in Oblivion. You can just click on each link to read the individual book. You can even browse the site with your iPhone!

Yeah, if you have one of the fancy new-fangled whippersnapper technology iphone things, you can just go to TIL and read it there. Screw kindle.

Anyone else feel really really old for no reason? Meh. maybe it's the weather. And this cough.

I'd love it if they'd release a book in libraries that contains all books from the games. It'd make for a great read. :)

Looks like we have quoted the same part of Daggerfall's manual. :D
I really love their statement in the manual.

I enjoyed the pocket guide, but lost it. Having The Real Barenziah or The Wolf Queen in a real book would be fun too, but for most people, TIL on the iphone will likely be enough.

Definitely, and it's getting more and more common for developers to think that way. And that makes me all warm and toasty inside.
