A painfully simple mod that allows cave fungus to cure addiction/withdrawal.

I always thought that cave fungus was rather insignificant in the grand scope of things. It didn't really accomplish anything that you could do with items that don't have weight (and you most likely have tons of). This mod aims to change that.

Cave Fungus will now cure (vanilla) addiction/withdrawal effects! Soaks those toxins right up ;)

Since the fungus is supposed to be a pretty decent curative for the rugrats at Lamplight, it seemed to fit the niche quite nicely without totally svcker-punching any kind of lore/realism (too much). I figure if there were hairless bears, flesh-eating zombies and killer mutant chameleons running loose, this wasn't too bad of a hit on believability.. hehehe

Details:

- The cave fungus will only cure Fallout 3's vanilla addiction effects (Quantum, Alcohol, Buffout, Jet, Mentats, Med-X, Psycho, Ultrajet & Ant Nectar).

- Any mod(s) that add additional withdrawal effects, or changes the Editor Id of the default withdrawal effects won't be cured by the fungus.

- No other attribute has changed, so it still has weight, and it's heal health/rads amount remains the same, however hopefully it's worth carrying around a few now.

Fallout 3 Patch 1.7

Install:
===============

1. Extract the files from the archive.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher (or FOMM), click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the "Cz_CaveFungusCuresAddiction.esp" file.

Un-Install:
===============

1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher (or FOMM), click Data Files, uncheck the "Cz_CaveFungusCuresAddiction.esp" file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Compatibility:
===============

- It WILL conflict with any mod that adjusts/changes the cave fungus ingestible.

- It will NOT conflict with any mods that adjust the exchange rate (such as Faster Fungus Deal) http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7771

- It will NOT conflict with any mod that changes the vanilla 'Cure Addiction' base effect (used by the game's wasteland doctors and such). This mod uses it's own scripted base effect.
