Perk Trees

That was the best piece of news for me in the podcast. Todd said there are about 280 perks overall (Including upgrades. It's still a HUGE amount) and that each skill will have its own perk tree. It's done in a really cool way though. What happens, is you have a perk tree and different categories in each tree. For example One-Handed gets Mace, Sword and Axe (I'm estimation that there are 3 categories, could be wrong) and if you unlock a lot of Axe perks, new, better perks will be unlocked OR you could upgrade the already unlocked perks for more powerful versions. Same applies to all the other skills, like Destruction, Enchanting, Alchemy ect. So here are my estimates for some Perk Trees and their categories:

Destruction - Electricity, Fire, Ice.
One-Handed - Sword, Axe, Mace.
Two-Handed - Claymore, Battleaxe, Warhammer.
Stealth (Assuming Sneak and Security are merged, which I hope they are) - Sneak, Lockpicking, (?)

And that's all I can think of right now. So what are your estimates? What is your opinion on this whole Perk Tree system?
