Can you guys please stop locking posts just because they have been half mentioned in some other post? I understand that you guys get bored and are looking for stuff to do, but why does every question about horses have to be under one topic? If the post is already made, why lock it so that its still there, but is now pointless? You guys are taking it a little heavy on the locking....if it says in the rules somewhere that you aren't allowed to post a topic that has been mentioned anywhere in another topic, please post the link. I would like to read it.

Discuss moderator actions with the moderator concerned, or if you feel really strongly, try one of the Community Managers. The forum is not the place for this, as you would note if you checked out the rules.
